Shipping & Delivery Times

At Spruitje, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, from production to delivery. Many of our products are fragile or large, so we’ve chosen flexible options that balance environmental responsibility with convenience for you.

Pickup or Delivery

Most of our products cannot be shipped via regular mail. Instead, we offer two options:

1. Pickup from our studio in Huizen
   If you select the ‘pickup’ option during checkout, we will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time.
2. Delivery by appointment
   We also offer delivery to your location. The cost of delivery depends on the location. Once your order is ready, we will email you with the delivery fee and details to arrange a delivery appointment.

Refills & Smaller Products

Our refills and smaller items can be shipped. For this, we partner with DHL, a shipping provider committed to sustainability. Shipping within the EU is free for orders over €50. For orders below this amount, shipping costs €4.95.

Delivery Times

For pickup or delivery by appointment, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to arrange a suitable time. For products shipped via DHL, the delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Packaging

Our refills and other shippable products are packed in sustainable materials, using recycled and recyclable packaging. We avoid unnecessary packaging while ensuring your products arrive safely and responsibly.
