Once you've ordered the Big Brother maintenance service, we will personally contact you via email to schedule an appointment. Together, we’ll discuss a suitable date and time for you to bring your ecosystem to our studio in Huizen.
Once you’ve dropped off your Big Brother, we’ll get to work. We’ll check the humidity levels, replace plants and mosses where necessary, and address any issues like mold or overgrowth. Within approximately five to six weeks, your ecosystem will be fully balanced and ready for pickup.
Prefer not to wait? Then consider the Big Brother exchange deal, where you can immediately swap your old ecosystem for a brand new one.
