Perhaps you're not completely satisfied with how the natural landscape in the vase has developed. After all, it's a living ecosystem—nature grows in its own way and does what it wants! :)

If the Spruitje globe vase is still intact, we gladly welcome your natural landscape into our Spruitje Studio. Here, we ensure that the ecosystem is responsibly processed or repurposed. You can immediately pick up a new globe vase from our studio. The enclosed Spruitje cap, which holds the lamp fitting, can simply be reused on your new globe vase. This way, you’re making not only a sustainable choice but also a circular one!
For the Big Brother exchange deal, you have two options to exchange your ecosystem:

Visit our studio in Huizen
You are warmly welcome to visit our studio in Huizen! Bring your Big Brother ecosystem and exchange it directly for a new one. Here, you can select your new ecosystem on-site and take it home with you. You'll also receive personalized tips from our team on how to care for your new addition!

Pickup at your location
No time to visit? No problem! We also offer the option to handle the exchange at your location. Depending on where you live, transportation costs will apply. These costs are based on the distance from our studio and will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

Whichever option you choose, you're making a sustainable and green choice by either reusing your old ecosystem or allowing us to responsibly recycle it.
Once you've ordered the Big Brother exchange deal, we will personally contact you via email to arrange the details of the exchange. Together, we’ll discuss the date and time that works best for you, as well as whether you prefer to exchange your ecosystem at our studio in Huizen or have us come to your location.

If you choose to exchange it at our studio, we’ll ensure everything is ready at the agreed time. If you opt for pickup at your location, we will coordinate a time to come by. For location pickups, transportation costs are calculated based on the distance from our studio.
